Abstract-in-a-Tweet: Many people hold that eating meat is not unethical, yet also hold that passive cannibalism is wrong. Building on Diamond's & Korsgaard's notion of "fellow creatures," I analyze both human and pet consumption to propose an effective rhetorical strategy against carnism.
